1 lb. can sliced beets, reserving 1/3 cup liquid 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup vinegar 2 tbsp. butter In saucepan, conbine cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Stir in vinegar, beet liquid, and butter. Cook and stir til thick and bubbly. Add beets and heat thoroughly. |
