Cranberry Orange Relish

1 bag fresh cranberries
1 medium size orange
1 c. sugar

Freeze cranberries until firm but not frozen solid. Run through meat grinder or chop in food processor. Cut orange into sections and run through meat grinder or chop in food processor. Combine well and add sugar. Refrigerate at least 4 hours; overnight if possible. Wonderful accompaniment to Thanksgiving turkeys.
