1 can Libby's pumpkin pie mix 2 eggs, beaten 1 5 oz. can evaporated milk 1 small can angel flake coconut 1 cup chopped pecans 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice Combine all ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool. |
