Pork Barbeque

1 3-4 lb. fresh pork shoulder
1 med. onion, minced and sauteed
3/4 cup vinegar
2-1/2 cups ketchup
3 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. mustard
1 cup brown sugar
Dash of salt
5-6 drops Tabasco sauce (optional)

Boil or bake pork shoulder until done. Cool and tear or chop meat into thumbnail-sized pieces. After onions are sauteed, add all other ingredients (including meat) and simmer for 30 minutes.
