Barbara's Sugar Free Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 cups heavy cream
2 cups artificial sweetener (must be a sugar alcohol--no substitutions)

Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly until reaches 220 on candy thermometer (about 15-20 minuts). Cool and use whereever you would use SCM. Store in fridge for 1 week if not used right away. Looks and tastes like the real thing!
