Sweet Potato Casserole

3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes (red, not yellow)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk

TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Coconut (optional)

Combine first six ingredients and put in casserole dish. Combine topping ingredients and spoon evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
