Never Fail Rolls

2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup melted shortening
4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. salt

Sift flour and salt together. Mix ingredients in the order listed, one at a time. Cover and let rise till doubled in size. Knead dough; then shape into rolls and place on greased baking sheet. Let rolls rise again until almost double in size. Bake at 400°F until brown
